GPS Fleet Tracking: Keep Track of Your Fleet

GPS fleet tracking has become a necessary tool to make sure that your fleet is on schedule. Many of the fleet systems today go beyond merely tracking your vehicles. They can help you determine when a vehicle needs repairs or where a stolen vehicle is located. The modern tracking systems combined with maintenance systems within the vehicle can assist in letting administrators know when the vehicle needs an oil change or other systems checked. GPS tracking allows administrators to see the vehicle's needs even when they are hundreds of miles away.Companies that have begun to lose profits can use the technology to determine the cause. Oftentimes frequent stops or idling adds up causing schedule delays. The GPS tracking system can assist administrators in seeing the exact drivers that are the least profitable. Administrators can then compare the least efficient drivers with the most efficient drivers and come up with an action plan to improve weak drivers. The systems can be helpful to make sure that your time sheets are correct. Some administrators use them to eliminate the need for paper time sheets. Administrators know exactly how long a driver has spent on the road when GPS fleet tracking systems are used. Keeping track of the time that is spent on the road is key to helping to improve profits. Some of the systems can assist administrators in knowing exactly when vehicles enter and leave specific areas. The system can be programmed to alert key people as to when a specific vehicle reaches a certain point. This keeps the administrator from having to constantly check the system. It also reduces some of the stress associated with having to be aware of specific geographic points. Since the system alerts the administrator automatically, he and she can focus on other aspects of the job. Any company that has been a victim of theft knows that they may not every recover the lost vehicle. The covert recovery systems included with some GPS fleet tracking programs can help the administrator locate a stolen vehicle. The administrator can track the vehicle and locate it or locate a trailer without the thief's knowledge. Companies that operate a fleet of cars can tell if an employee has taken the car for personal use. The company can find out if cars that are to be used for sales calls are being used for unauthorized trips. On the road the company can tell if the driver is speeding. Speed limits set by the company can help to make sure that the employee or contractor is driving at an appropriate speed and not speeding to complete jobs faster. The GPS feet tracking systems can often be customized to suit your company's individual preferences. It may be a good idea to meet with company executives and supervisors to discuss some of the data that your company needs to help run the company more efficiently. Some or all of your preferences may be incorporated into the system to make it even more useful for your company.

attraction in the launching ceremony; he proudly launched Force One on 19th
August 2011.Force One is the first vehicle to enter in the growing passenger
car market in India for Force Motors, India. Force Motors in India is well
known for its Matador and Tempo Travelers, the company has just entered SUV market.
The SUV market in India is very competitive; to be a part of competition the
Force Motors is setting up 22 dealerships across the country and 50 crores on
publicity. The Company is hoping to sell 4 thousand vehicles this year. Force
One is priced at Rs.10.6 lakh which is affordable. Compare to Mahindra Scorpio
and Tata Safari Force One is little expensive but looks better. Coming to the
safety features, Force One does not have ABS (Anti Braking System) and Airbags
which makes you little sad about the vehicle.

Engine Specifications:
the new SUV Force One is currently available in a single variant. Force One
engine is powered with a 2.2L common rail turbo diesel engine, 2149cc, 5-speed
gearbox and 4 cylinder. It has a capacity to churn out the maximum power of 141
PS at 3800 rpm and max torque of 321 Nm at 1600 rpm on Indian roads.

Interiors: The interiors
of Force One are well furnished. Force One comes in 6-seater and 7-seater
options. The most impressive part inside the car is elegantly designed wide
dashboard. The leather upholstery and all-beige interiors catches your
attention. The seats are excellent; you will feel cozy even in the long
journeys. Driver seat is very comfortable with the options like descending and
height adjustments. The front (including driver) and middle passengers gets
enough leg room, but the third-row or the last seat occupants have to suffer
difficulties due to less leg space. It comes with advanced audio system. The

survive in Indian market due to strong contenders like Mahindra Scorpio, Toyota
Innova and Tata Aria have better interior features.

Exteriors: The
Force One SUV looks alike Ford Endeavour. The front radiator grille slats
painted black and chrome surrounded along with the emblem of the Force Motors.
The head and fog lamps are elegantly designed that gives apparent foresight in
case of bad weather. The roof spoiler of Force One is finished in body color,
gives the particularly manly look for the car. The body-colored bumpers have
better look than its competitors. Overall the Force One exteriors are good and
capable to capture thousands of heart.

Engine Immobilizer, Child Safety Door Locks, Front/Rear Seat-belts, Collapsible

Searching for an Honest Automotive Repair Shop

Finding an automotive repair shop that is honest and will provide you
with excellent service for a decent price can be difficult to find.
Finding mechanics to work on your motor vehicle that are competent and
trustworthy can take some time, but they are out there. It seems that we
are always hearing about car repair scams and it makes you wonder if
all mechanics are bad. They are not. However it may take you some time
to separate the good ones from the bad.

When you go to an automotive repair business to have your car looked
over and fixed you need to be able to trust the technicians that you
turn the keys of your car over to. You need to know that they will
perform the work that they tell you must be completed to get your car in
working order. You also need to know that they will do a quality job.
But how can you guarantee this?

One thing you can do is to look to resources that you know to be worthy
of your trust. The American Automobile Association (AAA) is one such
resource. This association keeps an up-to-date nationwide database of
car mechanics who maintain the guidelines and standards set forth by
this organization.

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is another resource you can look to
because it keeps its own database of companies. Membership in the BBB is
not essential but it does work in favor of the automotive repair
business. You can also research individual auto businesses to find out
if any complaints have ever been lodged against them.

These are just two resources, but there are plenty of others online that
can be of tremendous value to you. Do a search and you may be surprised
what useful information you can find.

Not all auto technicians are certified but that does not necessarily
make them bad at their job. On the other hand, certification does not
guarantee that they will be highly competent, nor does it guarantee that
they will be honest. It would not hurt however to find out if the
service technicians have certifications from the Motorist Assurance
Program (MAP) or other organizations such as the National Institute for
Automotive Service Excellence. While certification matters, do not base
your decision on what repair shop to take your vehicle to entirely on
the certification of the mechanics that are employed there.

It may sound strange but you should do a scam search over the Internet
for any unknown companies that you have never heard of before. It is
easy to do and can save you a great deal of heartache and money. Visit a
search engine and type in the name of the company. After that, type in
something like “automotive repair scam” or “complaints from customers”
and then see what pops up on the screen. You may find nothing or you may
find a number of complaints. Be aware though that many people do not
report motor vehicle scams that have happened to them so it is possible
that customers have run into problems but have not reported it to any
authorities.
